چکیده

Soil microorganisms provide valuable ecosystem services, such as nutrient cycling, soil remediation, and biotic abiotic stress resistance. There is increasing interest in exploring total belowground biodiversity across ecological scales to understand better how different aspects, stand density, properties, depth, plant growth parameters, influence communities. In various environments, microbial components of communities, fungi, respond differently features; however, little known about their response standing density vertical profiles a Chinese fir monoculture plantation. This research examined the assemblage fungal communities stands (high, intermediate, low) depth (0–20 cm 20–40 cm). also looked into relationship between fungi tree canopy characteristics (mean tilt angle leaf (MTA), area index (LAI), openness (DIFN)), general diameter, height, biomass. The results showed that low-density had higher alpha diversity than intermediate- high-density soils. Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, Mucromycota, Mortierellomycota were most common phyla order. Saitozyma, Penicillium, Umbelopsis, Talaromyces abundant genera. Stand composition was dominant factor changing community structure compared properties profiles. significant elements alterations macronutrients. addition, have positive association stand. biota cycling driver can promote forest ecosystems by supporting cycling. Hence, this will be critical understanding dynamics, improving productivity, quality intensively managed plantations.

Transpiration efficiency of a tropical pioneer tree (Ficus insipida) in relation to soil fertility.

The response of whole-plant water-use efficiency, termed transpiration efficiency (TE), to variation in soil fertility was assessed in a tropical pioneer tree, Ficus insipida Willd. Measurements of stable isotope ratios (delta(13)C, delta(18)O, delta(15)N), elemental concentrations (C, N, P), plant growth, instantaneous leaf gas exchange, and whole-plant water use were used to analyse the mecha...

Structure and composition of bacterial and fungal community in soil under soybean monoculture in the Brazilian Cerrado

Soybean is the most important oilseed cultivated in the world and Brazil is the second major producer. Expansion of soybean cultivation has direct and indirect impacts on natural habitats of high conservation value, such as the Brazilian savannas (Cerrado). In addition to deforestation, land conversion includes the use of fertilizers and pesticides and can lead to changes in the soil microbial ...
